When you purchase a product from this site for your music production, you agree that it is not certain that the product will answer perfectly to your production sound concept and you may need to apply additional sound manipulations to make it fit perfectly. If you choose to, you may exchange it for another product (within the framework of our refund and returns policy).

The maximum duration of a drum track should not exceed 5 minutes per order. If your song requires more than 5 minutes of drum track, you will be charged an additional $20 per additional minute or part thereof if you provide a MIDI file, and $60 per additional minute or part thereof if we produce the drum part for you.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
You can request cancellation and refund for your order as long as there has been no progress from our side with your order and as long as 48 hours have not passed since the order was registered in our system (whichever comes first).

CHANGE PRODUCTS
You can change the product to a different product only if we haven’t made any progress with your order (usually takes about 24-48 hours). You can ask for product change by sending us a request by our website contact form or by email to: support@drumsta.com
